Entrusted Management​

The Owner is the asset owner of the hotel, ensuring that the hotel’s design and decoration comply with ALOHA Hotel Group’s brand standards and operational requirements. The Owner exercises supervisory and advisory rights over hotel operations and management, and has a principal-agent relationship with ALOHA Hotel Group. ALOHA Hotel Group is the manager and operator of the hotel asset, appointing a General Manager and executive team, and providing services such as brand, systems, technology, and support. It is fully responsible for the hotel’s operation and management, maximizing revenue generation, and collects a base management fee and an incentive management fee based on revenue performance.
